About the Space

Luxurious modern home on a private street off Mulholland Drive overlooking the city with drop-dead gorgeous views. High-end open living with a chef's kitchen, stunning dining room and a floor-to-ceiling double-sided fireplace. This is an entertainer's dream house. The kitchen, dining and living room all showcase vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open up to create the perfect indoor/outdoor 'al fresco' flow. Additionally, the property features a one-of-the-kind outdoor sport-court with surround sound speakers, hanging twinkle lights, a 12 person built-in seating area and large fire pit. Play pickle-ball, basketball or volleyball while taking in breathtaking views of the city. This space is ideal for photoshoots, video-shoots, corporate meetings, intimate concerts and small pop-up events. Please note: We can provide parking for up to 5-6 normal sized vehicles at maximum (unless otherwise approved). If 5-6 cars cannot accommodate your crew, ride share or shuttle will have to be utilized. Additionally, there is no-restriction street parking and a few parking lots within 2-5 minutes distance from the home.

    Aubree has a wonderful and inviting home and we greatly appreciated her trusting our company leadership to be in it. Aubree and her assistant made this a smooth and seamless process, always available for any questions and concerns, and overall made this a great outing for our team. As others have noted, parking is a bit but Aubree will help you every step of the way to accommodate and help. Loved this space and host and have rebooked several times because of it. Thank you!

    We rented this beautiful home in the Bel-Air neighborhood. We were a little concerned as we have never rented this house before. The home was exactly as pictured and perfectly spotless. When we arrived, the owner of the property, Aubree, gracefully showed us around and explained the rules of the house. She provided her cell phone number, where she later answered any questions we had regarding the house and our time there. She could not have been more accommodating and helpful. We were quite pleased with the location, home and service provided! We will definitely be renting from Aubree again!
